F Series Expander

Application:

Lanbo’s F-Series Tube Expanders are self-feeding, specifically made for use in firetube and watertube boilers as well superheater and evaporator tubes. In only one operation, these expanders roll tubes parallel and flare projecting tube ends at 15 ~20 degrees from the tool center line.

Features:

Our F-Series expanders are available for tubes of diameter from 25.4mm to 101.6mm. The F-Series expanders are available in standard 3-Roll-3-Flare.

2. Expander with an F expander number of 39 or higher have a retainer in the cage, the rollers will not fall out even if the mandrel is removed.
