Application:

Rolling ferrous tubes with Large Diameter (110mm to 159mm) and/or thick tube walls.

Our DZ-C 159 tube roller is ideal for stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel tubes.

This equipment is widely used to expand tubes used in petroleum, chemical, boiler, and ship manufacture industries.

Features:

Motor torque can be set on the electronic torque control box, while the motor will drive the tube expander forward, stall and reverse automatically when the pre-selected torque is reached.

The DZ-C 159 tube rolling motors come with dead handles for added leverage.
