Application and Features:

The KHC series Grooving Tools, also known as Serrating Tools, can be used manually to clean up existing grooves or can be used in milling or drilling equipment for OEM tube sheet. 

Grooving of tube sheets before expanding, is widely used in heat exchangers, condensers, or boiler drums; this technique significantly improves the joint strength between the tubes and tube sheets. Each KHC series Grooving Tool enables the user to adjust the depth and position of groove within the tube sheet hole. 

This KHC-A features a single blade design; the grooving bit can be changed easily for continuous operation.
